SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped by taekbae  and may take 3-7 days, depending on location.  Shipping is free for domestic orders over 50,000won.  Some areas, such as Jeju may have an additional 5,000won shipping fee.

Items are packed and shipped the day after orders are received.  We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Your order may be delayed 1-2 days depending on the availability of item.

Currently we are only shipping within Korea, but we plan to expand internationally soon, so check back with us!

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns or provide exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.  Online purchases can be returned to our stores with a copy of purchase receipt.  Exchange or return is not possible if the product is lost or damaged after the packaging has been opened or if the product was not packaged properly and damaged in return shipment.  We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment when we receive the returned item.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return payment to be processed.

배송비용 : 50,000미만 구매시 배송비 3,000원이 추가됩니다. (국제우편의 경우 배송비 정책에 따른 배송비가 부과됩니다.)

배송기간 : 국내우편 3~7일 국제우편 7~10일

배송안내 : 산각 벽지나 도서지방은 별도의 추가금액을 지불하셔야 하는 경우가 있습니다. 고객님께서 주문하신 상품은 입금 확인 후 배송해 드립니다. 다만, 상품종류에 따라서 상품의 배송이 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.

반품 & 환불 정책

교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

 - 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등의 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우

 - 고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

 - 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

 - 복제가 가능한 상품 등의 포장을 훼손한 경우
