무려 11%! 6주년 생일맥주 아삼6은 맥파이 역사상 가장 쎈 트리플IPA. 순수하게 홉과 맥아에만 집중했지만 110 IBU가 믿기지 않을만큼 쓴맛, 단맛의 밸런스가 훌륭. 아름다운 골드 오렌지 컬러, 부드러운 탄산감과 함께 기분 좋게 취할 수 있는 역대급 IPA.

For our 6th birthday, we made an 11% triple IPA. This is the biggest beer we’ve ever made, and at 110 IBU by far the hoppiest. Maris Otter barley gives it a beautiful golden orange color with a uniquely rich and nutty malt backbone—enough to stand up to the high ABV and 30kg of Simcoe and Citra hops. This one’s more than just a bitterness bomb; we’re really proud of how well-balanced it is.
